What the $MBER token does inside MBER.

:::info Being finalized Token utility is still being finalized. This page describes the intended design. Today, MBER runs on credits paid in USDC on Base, described under Settings. :::

Access​

$MBER is planned to be the key to paid access. Instead of a traditional subscription, holding or spending the token unlocks the plans and the higher limits that come with them.

Credits​

The work MBER does for you (keeping handles fresh, generating ideas, and more) is metered as credits. The token is planned to be how you obtain and replenish those credits, so your usage and the token are directly linked.

Alignment​

Tying access and credits to $MBER aligns the people who use MBER with the people who build it: as the product grows, the token sits at the center of how value moves through it.
