Scheduler

The Scheduler helps you plan when your posts go out, around the windows when your audience is most active.

The board

A calendar of days and hourly slots. You can view 3, 7, or 14 days at a time, and drag posts between days and time slots. Posts you have already published can be marked as posted, anything past its time collects in Overdue, and unscheduled drafts wait in Later.

Settings

Open settings to tune the plan:

  • Audience: US or EU. This drives which peak windows are highlighted on the board.
  • Volume: Minimal, Light, Medium, or Heavy, which sets how many posts per day the plan aims for.
  • Timezone: auto-detected from your browser, with a manual override.
  • Peak-window strips: shaded bands showing the most active hours for your audience.

Filling the board

  • Drag pinned ideas from your workspace (carried over from Studio) onto a day and time.
  • Or create a new draft from scratch, set its time, and add a note.
  • Click any item to edit its time, add a note, or mark it posted.

Designing the visual

To add an image to a scheduled idea, open it in Frame.
